Are you a results-driven and ambitious sales professional looking to take your career to the next level in the world of luxury hospitality? Red Carnation Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth across our luxury portfolio. This is a field sales role, offering you the opportunity to engage directly with high-value corporate clients, strengthen relationships, and contribute to achieving our sales and revenue for 6 London hotels and one Edinburgh property. The ability to influence and collaborate within our organization is essential, as this role will work closely with senior leadership and on-property teams.

Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Sales Manager:
1. Identify and prospect new corporate clients, focusing on industries aligned with Red Carnation’s luxury offerings. Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring Red Carnation Hotels is their preferred choice for corporate events and accommodation.
2. Build a robust pipeline of high-value corporate clients through market research, networking, and proactive outreach, utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Navigator, and CoStar. Implement a sales strategy that targets key corporate sectors to drive revenue growth.
3. Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the unique offerings of Red Carnation Hotels, including accommodation, corporate event spaces, and extended stays. Close high-value deals that align with business goals.
4. Attend and represent Red Carnation Hotels at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand our client base and generate new leads.
5. Develop and execute a structured handover process for mature accounts, ensuring smooth transition to on-property sales teams for ongoing account management. Act as a resource for on-property teams during the initial stages of account handover to ensure alignment on client expectations.
6. Work closely with on-property teams to provide insights into corporate client needs and ensure exceptional service delivery, exceeding client expectations.
7. Drive awareness and demand for Red Carnation Hotels in emerging corporate markets, focusing on industries aligned with our luxury properties and services, including private dining and full property buy-outs.
8. Track and report on key performance metrics related to corporate business development, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Continuously assess sales initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
What Are We Looking For?
1. At least 5+ years of experience in a corporate sales or business development role, ideally in the luxury hospitality or high-end services sector.
2. Strong ability to establish and nurture relationships with senior corporate decision-makers, event planners, and key industry stakeholders.
3. A demonstrated track record of successfully developing and closing high-value corporate sales, with the ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
4. In-depth understanding of the corporate hospitality market, including corporate events, meetings, extended stays, and high-end accommodation.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on tailoring pitches and proposals to meet client needs. Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
6. Ability to work closely with both on-property teams and senior leadership to drive results and ensure smooth account handovers and service delivery.
7. Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
