An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join the Subway team on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and delivering creative content for Subway campaigns. You will be responsible for helping to build and sustain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into creative briefs for our creative and production teams.
Working closely with the AD and client, you will help to manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will provide regular updates to the client, managing expectations, and look to resolve any issues that may arise in the first instance and escalate where appropriate.
In addition to managing client relationships, you will collaborate with internal teams including to ensure the successful execution of creative projects. You will also be responsible for monitoring project timelines, budgets, and ensuring quality control throughout the process.
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Understanding of creative processes and ability to translate client requirements into actionable briefs
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
