The role involves learning the internal system from both a technical and user perspective and then training other team members on the system Key Responsibilities: Quickly learn and understand the new system. Train Management and other staff members on how to use the system effectively Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and answer queries during the roll-out periodRequirements: Experience in training users on new systems or software.
