Hyperity is seeking an Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging with prospects through a multi-channel approach.
Your primary objective will be to connect with prospects, schedule, and attend discovery meetings to better understand their goals and challenges in relation to their solution.
You will collaborate closely with the Sales Director, passing along these opportunities once they are qualified.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn, and emails
* Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
* Identify and qualify client needs and challenges
* Build relationships with potential customers
* Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
* Collaborate with the Sales Director on strategic prospecting
* Develop your sales skills
* Report to the Manager on activity and pipeline
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in a similar role
* Competitive, driven individual
* Personable, with good soft skills
* Coachable, clear communicator, ambitious, resilient
* Confident at speaking to senior-level personas

* A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience
