Office Administrator Location: Tewkesbury Job Type: Full Time About the Role: We are working with our Tewkesbury based client who is seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a multi-faceted position with great potential for growth and development. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. You will work closely with the Sales Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the office and will play a vital role in supporting various functions within the office environment. Office experience is necessary, though additional training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Process sales orders and generate invoices Maintain and organise filing, archiving, photocopying, faxing, and scanning Handle incoming calls and emails; liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams Coordinate shipping of goods and manage goods in/out Manage stock replenishment Provide general administrative support to the office as required Support with various duties as training and guidance are provided The Ideal Candidate: Strong telephone manner and communication skills Proficient in office software and general computer literacy Previous office experience preferred Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and develop new skills This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a growing business while further developing their office administration skills.
