Located in Rugby is the Distribution Logistics Warehouse which supplies a wide range of products to local and national customers, the second arm of the company is the Property Development Department which functions separately in the field carry out all aspects of property renovations and developments. This advert is for a key position in our growing organisation, we are looking for a commercial contracts manager who will work closely with the MD and the Director of Sales and Operations as well as the Maintenance Manager and Health and Safety Officer. You will command an audience with assurance, knowledge and professionalism, leading by example and demand excellence from all. The role requires a strategic mind who can contribute to the shaping of the future business plans. You will support the Sales and Operations Director to create and drive strategy for advertising, marketing and sales as well as operational objectives. You will assist in the effort of all commercial aspects including budgets and profitability. With the view and objective to win and maximise new business opportunities, whilst improving policies and procedures in house for better quality results. Whilst supporting and mentoring all departments as required.
