Our client, a professional services company, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Admin & Research Assistant to support their marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of implementing and managing a new CRM system while conducting valuable market research.
Location: Redhill Hybrid Working
THE DATA ADMIN/RESEARCH ASSISTANT ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
1. Support implementation of a new CRM database across the marketing team.
2. Act as superuser and main administrator for the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
3. Update and maintain contact and business records, creating marketing distribution lists.
4. Conduct regular competitor research and identify new market entrants.
5. Research new markets and territories as identified by senior managers.
6. Compile monthly performance reports and manage ad-hoc data tasks.
THE IDEAL DATA ADMIN/RESEARCH ASSISTANT ROLE WILL HAVE:
1. Proficiency in data entry and computerized systems.
2. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (highly advantageous).
3. Up to 1 year experience in an administrative/data-driven role.
4. Strong digital competency, especially with MS Excel and databases.
5. Knowledge of Power BI reports (advantageous).
6. Basic understanding of marketing team activities.
