We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate UQ Support Workers to join our team across multiple homes located in South and South East London. These roles involve supporting young people who need assistance with daily living and are not yet fully independent. We are looking to hire multiple support workers, and all successful candidates will be provided with a comprehensive induction to ensure they are well-equipped to deliver the best possible care.
As a UQ Support Worker, you will be playing a pivotal role in improving the lives of young individuals, helping them develop essential life skills while ensuring their safety and well-being in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a comfortable and safe home environment.
* Foster positive relationships with young people, encouraging them to build confidence and independence.

* Work collaboratively with other team members, including social workers, therapists, and healthcare professionals, to implement and monitor individual care plans.
