As Director, Marketing CSL Seqirus UK and Ireland you will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies for new and existing products in UK and Ireland. You will lead the team to implement marketing strategy in collaboration with Sales, Medical, and other functions. Lead cross-functional teams, to drive strategic plan, develop and execute the seasonal influenza marketing strategy and channel strategy for UK/Ireland to exceed the flu annual sales target. You will lead cross functional teams to drive new product launches through engaging internal and external stakeholders to achieve policy and reimbursement. Present UK and Ireland marketing strategy in Regional and Global forums. Your experience as a strong Marketer both strategically and operationally within vaccines, plus your people leadership skills will be key for this position.Responsibilities include: -Strategic MarketingAnnual Strategic and Budget Plan development, alignment with the Global and International teams.Sales forecast and budget developmentBrand/portfolio strategic positioningInput to global product strategy through participation in Global Brand TeamsCreate competitive differentiation and competitive advantageAchieve full alignment around the brand strategy and execution with internal cross functional stakeholders.Lead policy strategy development to protect market share and drive revenue growth.
