An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Specialist (Hybrid) to join leading brand. The role is based in Walton-On-Thames and requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent numeracy skills.
Payroll Specialist (Hybrid) Payroll Specialist (Hybrid):
Join an established payroll team to manage an inhouse Payroll of circa 2000 employees.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax deductions, benefits, and other deductions.
Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data.
Manage payroll queries and resolve any issues promptly.
Prepare payroll reports for management as needed.
Stay updated on latest payroll tax changes and regulations.
Coordinate with finance department for payroll cost analysis.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and payroll regulations.
HYBRID working - 3 days office based, and 2 from home per week|Must have end to end payroll experience, from an in-house payroll
A successful Payroll Specialist (Hybrid) should have:
In-house payroll experience
end to end payroll experience
Strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.
Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in payroll software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Payroll Specialist (Hybrid) role offeres:
A base salary ranging from £35,500 to £37,000 per annum (but total package value of £40,000+)
