Position: Mobile Plant Fitter
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 base salary (OTE £40,000-£50,000)
Hours: Monday-Friday 07.00-16.30
Benefits: Company Vehicle/Fuel Card + Overtime @ 1.5x

The Client
Interaction Technical have partnered with a well-established and National plant hire firm to support the growth of their team. Our client, who have been established for over 50 years, have reached a stage of growth where they are looking to onboard & train engineers from either a plant, HGV, Automotive or Agricultural background to the team. They offer a comprehensive training scheme alongside relative internal progression routes.
The Package
1. 22 days Annual Leave + Public Holidays / Increasing by 1 day for every year of service (25 overall)
2. All overtime over 8 hours per day is paid at 1.5x (£21-£24 per hour)
3. A minimum of 5 hours of overtime available per week (average availability is 15-20 hours)
1. Min (5 hours): Additional £5,460pa
2. Average (17 hours): Additional £18,564pa
4. Salary Sacrifice Scheme for an additional 5 days annual leave per annum
5. Laptop, Company Vehicle & Fuel Card
6. Full training & development with a focus on internal progression, route is as follows:
1. Workshop/Mobile Engineer
2. Lead Engineer
3. Hiring Manager
4. Site Manager
5. Regional Manager

The Requirements
* Previous experience working in the Plant, Automotive, HGV or Agricultural industry (essential)
* Previous experience working with hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical capabilities (essential)
* Experience working on engines would be advantageous
* Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience
* A desire to lead, manage and grow a team of your own
* Relevant qualifications NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous)
* Full UK Drivers License
Responsibilities
* Travel to client sites to perform maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment.
* Diagnose complex technical issues and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide expert recommendations.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
* Keep detailed records of service activities, parts used, and work completed for accurate reporting.
