REGISTERED HOME MANAGER – NATIONAL CHARITY – WORTHING AREA - £UP TO 40,000 Forest Care Selection are currently supporting a national charity that operates a variety of care and support services, for individuals with a physical disability or learning disability. This provider has an opportunity for a Registered Home Manager to oversee their specialist care home in the Worthing area. The home is specifically adapted to enable the best experience for residents with a physical disability and is close to the beach and local amenities. The Registered Home Manager in Worthing will: Oversee the running of this established service and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Supervision and development of an established staff team. Implement systems and procedures designed to achieve positive outcomes for individuals with a disability. Oversee the financial management of the service. Liaise effectively with all external stakeholders. The Registered Home Manager in Worthing will need to have: Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent. Experience of leadership in complex care home settings. Experience of budgetary management. Experience of overseeing a variety of staff teams, care and ancillary. Excellent communication skills.
