With expertise across a variety of industries, we are now looking to expand our Industrial Division by hiring a dedicated Onsite Industrial Account Manager to work onsite with one of our key clients in Rugby.
The Role
As an Onsite Industrial Account Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients site. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that staffing requirements are met efficiently, while maintaining a strong partnership with the client.

Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong working relationships with the clients management team to understand and anticipate their staffing needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Ensure all bookings are fulfilled promptly, meeting the clients operational demands.
Conduct thorough candidate vetting, including background checks, to ensure compliance with both client requirements and industry standards.
Provide candidates with ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Work closely with internal teams to refine recruitment strategies and enhance service delivery.
Be flexible with working hours to accommodate client meetings and candidate availability, including occasional out-of-hours requirements.
About You

Key Requirements:
Prior recruitment experience, particularly in the industrial/logistics sector, is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations and an ability to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with both clients and candidates.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites when required.
Flexibility to adjust working hours to meet business needs.
