Event Project Manager / Event Manager Event Production Agency, Large scale Conferences, Live Events Birmingham West Midlands ( Hybrid 2/3 days office -WFH) Salary £35,000 Circa Bonus Leading UK based Events and Communications agency are looking for an Events Project Manager in their West Midlands office. Someone who assumes responsibility for the delivery of a portfolio of large-scale Events, conferences, awards & incentives, and communications events. As the Event Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing communications and the event delivery. You will be working in collaboration with the client services team and independently in delivering high profile, high budget events and campaigns and your responsibility will be taking ownership of the moving production parts that naturally come with events, organising, liaising and managing third parties and keeping to tight timescales. As well as overseeing others in briefing internal departments; supplier liaison, content delivery, technical, logistics and delegate management You will need to be an experienced Event Project Executive / Event Project Manager with strong experience in managing large scale events. Event production experience in an agency environment or client side with previous agency experience. Experience in delegate management, logistics management and working with large scale venues You should already have an impressive portfolio of successful UK and international conferences and award events.
