Proseal UK Ltd is a company that designs and manufactures high quality tray sealing and conveying systems for the food industry and has manufacturing facilities in the UK, North America, and Australia. Having been established for 25 years, demand for the Proseal product is growing and we are responsible for developing many plastic-based alternatives for preserving the life of and carrying food safely. Formed in 1998, Proseal has not only become the leading manufacturer of tray sealing machinery and tooling in the UK but is now also recognised as a major force internationally with manufacturing facilities in United states and Australia along with offices in Ireland, Holland, Spain, Canada, South America, and Dubai. The Opportunity Key Tasks And Accountabilities Managing starters, leavers, adjustments in our systems. Inputting changes for payroll and liaising with Payroll to ensure monthly pay information is captured and processed ready for HRM/HRBPs final check. Establishing and maintaining good relationships between employers and employees Supporting the onboarding of successful candidates including: contractual documentation, Right to Work verification and inductions Provide accurate and timely guidance and advice to the supervisors and managers, ensuring it is in line with the Company policies and procedures. Provide support to our managers on HR issues Be an ambassador for company policies, procedures, and values Acting as a support for our HR Manager and HR Business Partners, across two businesses, managing day-to-day HR administration and first line HR issues ensuring compliance with our HR policies and best practice and providing advice and guidance to managers and employees. Recruitment will be a key part of your role, you will be the first point of contact for candidates, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, and preparing interviews.
