Our client is seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to support through a busy period. The purpose of this role is to provide efficient, friendly, and accurate customer service and order processing support.
Duties:
1. Review and verify orders for accuracy
2. Promptly enter customer orders into the system
3. Coordinate with customers to organise delivery
4. Handle customer calls professionally and courteously
5. Respond to customer emails in the inbox
6. Escalate unresolved order issues to management
7. Address enquiries from customers as quickly as possible
Skills & Experience:
1. Strong communication skills
2. Ability to work well as part of a team
3. Proficiency in Word and Excel
4. Professional telephone manner
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Prior experience in customer service is required
