Head of Trade Sales
Location: Hybrid (3-4 days in office), near Kingston Upon Thames
Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for beauty and a talent for driving retail growth? We’re looking for a Head of Trade Sales Activations to lead trade partnerships, secure new listings, and execute impactful sales strategies across key retail channels, including supermarkets.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Build and nurture relationships with retail and client partners to drive long-term business growth.
* Develop and execute trade sales activations that increase brand visibility and maximise distribution opportunities.
* Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms to balance profitability with market competition.
* Collaborate with marketing to align product launches, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
* Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure stock availability, forecasting, and seamless execution of trade plans.
To thrive in this role you’ll need:
* 5+ years of experience in sales and trade activations within the beauty/personal care industry.
* Strong retail negotiation skills, particularly with supermarkets and major retailers.
* Proven success in account management, securing new listings, and driving revenue growth.
* Commercially driven, with a strategic approach to sales and brand partnerships.
