The Office of Student and University Planning is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dedicated team as a Curriculum Operations Support Officer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of curriculum data and systems, supporting the University's commitment to delivering a student-centred experience.
About the Office of Student and University Planning
The Office of Student and University Planning plays a critical role in equipping the University with robust data processing and analytics, enabling evidence-based strategic planning and enhancing services for staff and students. The Office consists of two key sections: Data Integrity, Quality and Operations (DIQO) and Competitive Intelligence and Analytics (CIA). DIQO is responsible for the delivery of student and curriculum administration services that enable the University to deliver a distinctly student-centred experience through technology, effective systems design and administration, and a primacy on data integrity and service quality.
About the Opportunity
As a Curriculum Operations Support Officer, you will take ownership of maintaining and enhancing curriculum data across critical systems, including the Student Management System, DegreeWorks, and the Handbook. In collaboration with the team, you will develop standards and protocols to ensure the integrity and consistency of curriculum data across all platforms. This role involves working closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the University, driving streamlined processes, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to optimal outcomes for staff and students alike. This is a Full-Time, Fixed-Term Position until 3 March 2026. The position will be based at Western’s Penrith (Kingswood) Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 5 $96,997 to $109,694 p.a. (comprising Salary of $81,964 to $92,693 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
