About the role We are looking for proactive German speaking Sales Specialist to join our growing team. As the Sales Specialist you will work in a varied Account Management and Renewals role. Within the role you will focus on upselling and cross selling, growing wallet share and supporting our ambition to scale globally. This role will be based in either Germany or the UK, supporting our German Customers. As the Sales Specialist you will: Work within our EMEA team to drive revenue and margin across a set territory or account base. You will be the specialist for Docker, Hashicorp and Snyk, becoming the go-to-person for enablement and knowledge for these vendor products. Develop your knowledge around the vendor products including, how they connect to each other and how they are consumed and purchased commercially You will be responsible for upselling and cross selling products and working on quoting through to closing. Build a credible and accurate pipeline of revenue, renewals and opportunities via Salesforce Achieve quarterly and yearly targets consisting of KPI’s focused around, revenue and margin Collaborating with our internal teams including Sales Operations and Marketing will be essential as we use events and other mechanisms to support opportunity creation The Ideal Sales Specialist will: Have 1 Years experience within a similar role Excellent German and English Communication skills Proven successful experience within an account manager or Sales Support capacity with a genuine interest in mastering your craft Commercial acumen and strong customer service skills Experience of sales cycles and working to company cadence Able to utilise tools such as Salesforce to be data driven Resilience, excellent communication and relationship development skills Experience using systems such as Salesforce, Slack, Team, Outlook etc. Experience of working within an entrepreneurial company or Tech Industry.
