Job Title: Production Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Engineer to join our team in Herefordshire, working 37.5 hours a week.

In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Engineer and other teams to provide technical assistance and support, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and efficient functioning of engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide prompt and effective technical support to Engineers, Production, and Quality teams
* Compile documentation for fabrication, assembly, and verification of antenna products
* Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Project Management teams to create and maintain documentation packs for antenna products within the ERP system
* Manage document change request process in line with ISO 9001 procedures, updating 3D CAD models and associated documentation as required
* Assist in assembly of prototype systems and provide feedback to Engineering on necessary design changes before production begins
* Work closely with Quality department to ensure documentation packs meet requirements of all quality assurance activities
* Prepare management information for reporting purposes, including defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality policies and standards
* Carry out any other duties as required by the business
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an Engineering, Production Support, or relevant Production role
* Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office applications
* Strong understanding of technical documentation
* Excellent interpersonal and planning skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Capability to produce clear and concise reports and documentation
* Effective under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines
* Ability to convey complex technical issues clearly and concisely
Estimated Salary:
£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
