Role: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week – 5 days out of 7.
In a typical day, you might:
* Plan and assign work for the team
* Manage, train, and develop your team (1:1 regular updates)
* Discuss performance and development goals with your team
* Work with the Commercial team identifying additional opportunities to enhance revenue
* Drive promotions that deliver a great dining experience for guests
* Regularly check all food and beverage equipment is operational and cleaned frequently
* Keep an eye on industry trends to spot new opportunities
* Make sure guests have an excellent experience
* Respond to all guest questions, complaints, and requests
* Conduct food and beverage inventory checks
* Work within budget for food & liquor costs and payroll
For this role, you’ll need:
* Experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor
* A great team leader who develops and motivates your team
* A people person, with a passion for providing our guests with an amazing service
* You’ll have high brand standards with a passion for hospitality
* The ability to remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment
* Good working knowledge of food and beverage, and licensing regulations
