Description The successful Marketing and Digital Transformation Manager will Lead the development and execution of transformative digital and marketing strategies and communications. Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to drive varied initiatives and brand performance. Utilise data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and measure effectiveness Manage relationships with external agencies and leaders to drive productivity. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing and digital team. Participate in cross-functional projects to support the company's broader business objectives. Profile The successful Marketing and Digital Transformation Manager will have Proven experience in developing and implementing digital and marketing projects within FMCG organisations or organisations of significant scale. Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to craft compelling stories to drive action. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
