Sales Manager - Responsibilities Proactively develop customer relationships to generate future sales. Planning calls with attention to detail. Identify and maximise sales opportunities. Schedule client meetings for product and service offerings. Build customer rapport and understanding of their specific needs. Manage your personal workflow for peak productivity.Sales Manager - About you You must possess experience in a Sales or Business Development role and feel at ease when engaging with external contacts. A confident and sociable demeanour is essential, alongside the capability to tackle business challenges and drive results. Being proactive and using initiative to work independently. Telesales, Business Development or Sales experience is essential. Outstanding telephone manner and rapport building skills. Proficient administrative skills in email communication and letter writing.
