Job Summary
To support in developing and increasing sales of the Elmo Rietschle product range including Vacuum pumps, blowers, accessories and spare parts through existing and new distributors/resellers across EMEA.
Responsibilities
1. Support the Sales Leader on specific sales and/or marketing projects as may be occasionally necessary.
2. Support Sales Leader with cost calculation sheets to secure larger orders or projects.
3. Quote customers in SAP, and track in Sales Force.
4. Manage Sales Force leads for Distribution Leader.
5. Aim to respond to all distributor support requests, where possible within a 24-hour period.
6. Support in producing sales/marketing plan for each distributor.
7. Produce reports for Sales Leader to include:
1. Bookings and Revenue
2. Next month’s sales forecast based on sales force funnel
8. Support to ensure distributors pay their accounts on time.
Basic Qualifications
1. Previous sales or customer service experience.
2. Strong IT Literacy (MS, SAP).
3. Experience with Sales Force or other CRM.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Hybrid work with a minimum of 2 full days office based in Redditch.
