Child-centred - Children are at the heart of every decision and activity. Their voices are actively sought and listened to. They play a lead role in shaping their education.
Collaborative - Our schools aim to be central to the communities they serve. As such, we look for opportunities to give voice to and work in partnership with all stakeholders of the schools.

Abbey Farm Educate Together is a new free school that opened to reception class and pre-school pupils in September 2022, in a brand-new building, delivered by the DfE Free School's Team. The school will eventually serve 420 pupils, plus pre-school, and will act as a community hub for residents of the new Abbey Farm development. We are part of an Academy Trust that also has schools in Bristol, Bath, Keynsham, and Weston-Super-Mare.
Abbey Farm Educate Together is looking for an experienced LSA to join our small, hardworking team delivering classroom learning support that includes group/1:1 interventions in classes in EYFS and Key Stage 1. We offer a positive and thriving environment, where teaching and learning come first with a great team of staff and a commitment to continuing professional development. The purpose of the role within the classroom is to provide high-quality learning support to individual and groups of children in order to meet a range of learning and behaviour needs. We strongly recommend that you come and visit us, spend some time one morning in one of our classes observing, so that you have a clear understanding of how our continuous provision works and what we are looking for. The role involves interacting with the children within their play to move their learning on. Our children are welcome to go outside at any point in the day, and this is where valuable interactions between child and adult can take place.
Do you actively support our Educate Together ethos and values?
