Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to be based in Bristol?
Main Duties of the Role
1. Provide telephone and remote support at desktop and server level.
2. Visiting client sites to resolve problems and install new equipment.
3. Managing support tickets through to completion.
4. Manage server installations and migration.
5. Record and maintain technical records and documentation.
6. Proactively maintain client systems and responding to monitoring alerts.
Your Skills and Experience
1. Experience within a similar position, preferably with MSP experience.
2. Full driving licence essential.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Solid troubleshooting skills.
5. Experience of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016-2022.
6. Experience of configuring Firewalls, switches, wireless access points.
7. Migrating/installing servers.
8. Troubleshooting server hardware issues.
Salary
£26,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
