Are you an Assistant Marketing Manager / Assistant Communications Manager (customer comms) looking to join an organisation in the banking and financial services sector that focuses on delivering positive social impact, doing good and putting their customers first? Our client is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join the customer team and focus on implementing and delivering customer comms. This role is pivotal in ensuring an incredible customer journey and experience and will require a brilliant writer who has experience writing for a range of platforms and comms channels and specifically customer comms.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £45k. If you are motivated by working for a business that has a purpose, you will find this role hugely rewarding.
Our client is working in a hybrid way, and you will be based both from their Birmingham office and from home.

The Role
As the Assistant Marketing Manager or Assistant Comms Manager, you will be working in a customer team delivering incredible customer communications. This role will focus on giving people the very best welcome, journey and experience with the organisation and focus on retention too. You will be pivotal in driving brand conversation and customer interaction.
About You
* You will have experience in writing a range of customer communications across email and direct mail along with channels such as website and social media.
* Experience in amending and adjusting regulatory documents, ensuring best practice and legal requirements are met and content is accurate.
* Experience writing emails, marketing collateral, sales support materials, customer onboarding documents, CRM emails, technical emails and regulatory comms.
* Experience in finding ways to communicate with an audience and engage them through words and also able to communicate change in a positive and engaging way.
* Creating a brief and briefing internal design studio on artwork changes.
* Making recommendations to customer communication methods to ensure continual improvement.
* Experience working in a regulated industry is hugely beneficial.
* Able to follow brand guidelines and tone of voice and proofread others' content ensuring on-brand.
* An interest in and experience in financial services would be ideal.
