Male Senior Support Worker - Full time 40.25 hours per week - £12.50 to £13.75 per hour. A full UK driving license is essential for this role.

Your Responsibilities As A Senior Support Worker
1. Lead with Purpose: Supervise and support a team of dedicated support workers, fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere where everyone thrives.
2. Deliver Person-Centred Care: Provide high-quality, individualised support for young people with autism and other complex needs.
3. Empower Growth: Assist in creating personalised care plans and promoting independence, life skills, and resilience for each individual.
4. Ensure Safety and Well-Being: Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where individuals feel valued, supported, and encouraged.
5. Build Strong Connections: Work closely with families, guardians, and external professionals to ensure seamless, holistic care.
6. Support Management: Assist with administrative tasks, staff training, and development, contributing to a well-run and supportive team environment.
About You
You bring experience in a support worker role within care or education settings and are ready to take on a senior role.
You have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
You're passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs and empowering them to thrive.
You're a natural leader with strong communication skills, ready to guide and inspire others.
You're flexible, adaptable, and can confidently handle evolving situations.
A full driving licence is essential for this role.
