Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a Tier 1 contractor on major energy infrastructure projects across Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly competent civil engineering professional to take the lead on site-based operations, ensuring successful project delivery and team coordination. Responsibilities: Ensure safe and efficient project delivery, adhering to quality, budget, and schedule targets. Collaborate with design managers to develop, approve, and align designs with client requirements and timelines. Work in collaborative teams to meet the objectives of the Project Manager. Oversee Health and Safety compliance across all project phases, addressing issues and ensuring adherence to SHEMS standards. Conduct weekly site inspections, investigate incidents, and report findings to ensure ongoing safety and compliance. Develop and review RAMS for site activities, ensuring they are implemented and updated as necessary. Supervise the allocation of tasks to team members, ensuring inductions, RAMS briefings, and toolbox talks are completed. Act as Principal Contractor under CDM Regulations, coordinating the safe activities of all on-site parties.
