Within Civil Enforcement, we manage On Street Parking and ANPR enforcement within the county. This role is to work in the evolving ANPR enforcement team which covers bus lanes, moving traffic, the Zero Emission Zone in the city, and will include the proposed traffic filters in the future.,
* Supervising administrators who are processing representations received from motorists who have received a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)
* Being the first point of call for assistant officers to provide advice and support
* Coordinating workflows and allocating resources in response to demand
* Assisting in training new staff
Are you an experienced supervisor with working knowledge of Civil Enforcement? Then you might be a great fit for our team!, As an Officer, you will have experience of supervising staff in an administration environment. You willunderstandthe legal framework for processing PCNs and have good working knowledge of this process.
