Integrated Marketing Campaigns Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support business objectives, ensuring alignment across channels. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. 2. Marketing Planning Build and manage marketing plans for client acquisition and retention, identifying opportunities for growth. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and measure campaign effectiveness. 3. Internal Communications Develop and deliver an internal communications plan to enhance employee engagement and alignment with company goals. Produce internal newsletters, updates, and other communication materials. 4. Email Marketing Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns, optimizing for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Maintain and segment the email database to ensure relevant and personalized messaging. 5. Social Media Planning & Execution Design and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Manage content creation, scheduling, and monitoring across key platforms. Analyse social media performance and recommend improvements. Skills and Experience Essential: Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a professional services or recruitment sector. Strong track record in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns. Expertise in email marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Proficiency in managing social media platforms and content creation. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desirable: Experience with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital advertising strategies.
