We are thrilled to be working on behalf of an award-winning company based in Bury St Edmunds who are looking for an Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with a variety of departments and administrative teams to ensure compliance and support for the smooth execution of the business. Key Responsibilities: Book and manage meeting rooms. Working on own initiative and liaising with colleagues to resolve queries. Liaising with internal and external contacts. Provide monthly updates on status’ through graphs and reports. Attend meetings. Providing support to reception. Managing the Directors diary, making appointments and travel arrangements as necessary. Previous Skills & Experience required: Previous experience of working in an administration role. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Accuracy in data entry, document proofing and ensuring all submissions are accurate and complete. (V/13054)
