Key Responsibilities:
Working alongside another Quantity Surveyor to meet project objectives
Implementing and managing financial aspects of geotechnical projects
Preparing and analysing project costings for tenders
Monitoring project costs against budgets and flagging any potential issues
Assisting with procurement of necessary materials and services
Maintaining up-to-date project records and documentation
Ensuring compliance with NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (April 2017 Edition, Option B)
Attending project meetings and providing financial updates
Job Requirements:
Experience in ground investigations
Knowledge and understanding of NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract April 2017 Edition Option B
Geotechnical expertise in a quantity surveying context
Strong analytical and financial management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Flexibility to work in various office locations as needed
