To assist the Maintenance Support Officer in maintaining a professional and comprehensive administration service to the Estates Departments' Maintenance Team.
Main duties of the job
1. To assist the Maintenance Support Officer to provide a comprehensive administrative/clerical service to the maintenance team.
2. Dealing with suppliers, obtaining quotations, placing orders, chasing deliveries and resolving any issues.
3. Receipting and scanning, using various software programs, documentation pertinent to the departments' auditing processes.
4. Liaising with various members of the maintenance team to obtain missing documentation and information.
5. Use a variety of software systems to record work and staff information.
6. Assist in any additional related project work as directed.
7. Able to work additional or different hours with reasonable notice to meet the needs of the department.
8. To provide cover during the absence of the Maintenance Support Officer.

Qualifications
* Qualified to GCSE Level/NVQ 2.
* NVQ or Diploma in administration or similar module.
Experience & Knowledge
* Knowledge of, or experience in, a range of administrative procedures.
* Good level of IT literacy with experience of using a range of IT applications.
* Experience in using Planet FM or similar computer-aided facilities management software.
