We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to join the team. As the Supply Chain Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of the supply chain, purchasing and logistics functions. You will assist with inventory management, order processing, supplier coordination, and shipment tracking. You will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and status updates. - Adhering to company process and procedures whilst maintaining accurate data processing and administration - Daily stock transfer processing - Assist with the daily purchase order processing including timely goods receipt - Help maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels. - Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods. - Prepare reports on supply chain performance, including inventory levels, shipping status. - Assist in resolving any supply chain issues or delays and escalate as needed. - Perform other administrative tasks as required. Requirements: - Proven experience in supply chain and purchasing roles. - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
