About the Opportunity Operating within the Supply Chain the job holder is accountable for materials control and materials availability for a project assembling complex equipment. The role will operate as a rotating shift pattern and the successful candidate will be required to manage and control equipment to enable the build schedule to be adhered to, ensuring that all equipment has the correct documentation and has not been damaged in transit. Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for understanding the status of all materials on the project.
* Responsible for development and maintenance of materials reports demonstrating the status of each item and actions required to resolve issues impacting on availability.
* Maintain effective materials and stock control of project assets ensuring availability.
* Develop and deliver actions to resolve issues relating to Project materials availability, engaging, and working with Project, Business and Client stakeholders to escalate and expedite issues outside of direct influence.
* Engagement with Logistics and Shipping Agents to ensure effective and compliant transportation of equipment between UK and France
The role holder will also work with Quality teams and support their production of the Quality Documentation required to support project LTQR's. Here's What You'll Need Essential:

* Hold or have the availability to gain the relevant security clearance.
* Eligible to attain a P4 pass.
* Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
* The ability to work in accordance with a tight schedule and a demanding customer.
Desirable:
* Experience of working on Complex Nuclear Licensed sites.
* Experience of ISO 9001, Nuclear requirements, and AQAP 2110
* Hold a P4 pass.
