As a member of the Family Hub team, this role will play a key part in implementing the Family Hub program across West Northamptonshire. The focus is on uniting services and partners to ensure children, young people, and families receive timely and appropriate support.
The role involves supporting children, young people (ages 0–19, or up to 25 for those with SEND), and their families by delivering a comprehensive range of early help services and support programs. This aims to enhance outcomes for children while reducing the demand for statutory services. The work will align with the integrated Family Hub model, providing services across Local Area Partnership areas.
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate.
West Northamptonshire Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
