Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the BI function and lead a talented team of BI professionals. Key responsibilities include: Delivering Insights: Create and maintain real-time dashboards that provide key operational and performance insights for the center department. Ownership: Act as the go-to expert for all things BI across the business, supporting stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts, ensuring high-quality output and fostering professional development within your team. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and IT, to ensure data solutions align with business goals and improve efficiency.
