Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Contracts Manager at Artic Building Services Limited. The Senior Contracts Manager will oversee contract negotiations, manage contract compliance, and ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders. This role is based in our Head Office in Dartford but allows some remote work.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must have 10 years’ experience managing high-profile acute portfolio contracts up to £2m in value taking overall contractual, operational and financial responsibility.

* Adept in providing solutions to client needs.
* Industry or HVAC experience & qualifications would be an advantage.

* Be expected to support with all issues concerning projects, service and maintenance matters.
Job Duties
* Ensure assigned contracts are provided the existing/needed operational and technical standard of service delivery.
* Ensure all works on site are delivered safely with all H&S company protocols adhered to.
* Ensure that contracts are operated per the company’s procedures and work instructions.
* Responsible for the management and reporting of budgets and their expenditure.
* Ensure all works/records/compliance data are kept UTD on site and in the back office.
* Operate within financial budget constraints providing services which are cost effective.
* Overall responsibility for process and site conduct on your contracts.
* Develop operating procedures and policies to achieve best working practices.
* To meet all key performance and management indicators.
* Responsible for developing client relationships to ensure retention of contracts and future opportunities.
* Ability to provide detailed quotes on contract plant/services.
* Responsible for the undertaking of quality assurance inspections on all works delivered.
* Self-audit and gain support to review weekly, all core Company CAFM reports.
* Attend monthly contract review meetings if required.
* Provide technical and admin support to the client and Artic support staff.
Qualifications/Experience
* Contract Negotiation, Compliance Management, and Stakeholder Communication skills.
* Experience in managing complex contracts in the Facilities Management industry.
* Understanding of legal duties and contract law.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with CAFM technology is a plus.
* Industry recognised HVAC qualification(s).
