The Dynamics 365 Senior Technical Consultant role covers a wide range of technology-focused jobs within UK IT working within the Microsoft Dynamics SaaS platform. Responsibilities include:
1. Participating in or undertaking the technical analysis, specification, estimation, design, development, implementation, and support of software solutions.
2. Providing application or technology-specific guidance to business analysts, architects, and designers.
3. Impact assessing and validating technical solutions and designs to ensure end-to-end solutions are fit for purpose.
4. Acting as a sign-off authority for application solution designs.
5. Developing application delivery design standards, development methodologies, and strategic architecture frameworks.
6. Contributing towards and influencing strategic decisions relating to software architecture.
7. Providing input to Infrastructure Design teams regarding overall solution design.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
2. System Design & Documentation
3. Understanding of Power Platform
4. Dynamics 365 solution patterns
5. Deep understanding of out-of-the-box features and solution components
6. Solutions management (managed/unmanaged)
7. Ability to quickly build proof-of-concept prototypes
8. Strong Microsoft .NET knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics platform including D365/O365
9. Good C# skills
