Job Title: Nursery Nurse
Location: West Midlands, Wolverhampton
Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £83 - £90 Per day
As a Nursery Nurse, you will be tasked with supervising and monitoring the children in your care. Beyond ensuring their health and safety, you will have safeguarding responsibilities to help keep children safe both at the nursery and in their home environments.
You will read stories to foster the children's language development and support their number skills through games and engaging activities. You'll also plan various activities throughout the day to keep the children actively engaged.
Your role includes observing each child's progress and development, identifying any potential issues, and ensuring they are progressing optimally. Collaborating with parents will be essential to support their children's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and monitor children
* Read stories and facilitate educational activities
* Observe children's progress and development
* Ensure the safety and well-being of the children
* Prepare meals and maintain a clean environment
Required Qualifications:
* Level 3 childcare qualification
Experience:
* Previous experience in childcare settings is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
* Nurturing and caring demeanour
* Understanding of child development
* Ability to engage children in learning activities
* Strong communication skills
Working Conditions:
* Work in a nursery environment with children aged 0-5 years
* Fast-paced and dynamic setting
* Regular interaction with children and parents
