Equipment Maintenance : Perform planned maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure mechanical and electrical reliability Continuous Improvement : Drive defect handling, machine performance, and efficiency improvements using IWS principles Team Support : Train, coach, and develop team members and apprentices to enhance engineering skills Operational Flexibility : Operate manufacturing equipment as required and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Compliance and Reporting : Adhere to safety legislation, maintain high hygiene standards, and report performance metrics effectively A little bit about the Billingham site (known internally as Teesside) The Billingham manufacturing site of KP Snacks is a dynamic hub of engineering excellence, driving the production of some of the UK’s most iconic savoury snacks.
