Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative activities and operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation as required.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications for management.
Respond to inquiries from staff and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Support project management activities by scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and following up on action items.
Monitor office supplies and procurement, ensuring timely ordering and inventory management.
Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a similar environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service orientation.
Familiarity with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
