What Youll Do: Assist new and existing customers via phone, email, and online chat. Process applications for insurance and consultancy services, including renewals. Provide product information and support administrative changes, such as cancellations or updates. Work with underwriters to facilitate new insurance proposals. Uphold compliance standards while maintaining a high level of product knowledge. Proactively up-sell and cross-sell additional products (no cold calling). Your Objectives: Effectively communicate policy details to ensure customers fully understand their purchases. Achieve targeted renewal retention rates by collaborating with the Sales Team. Consistently meet quality assurance benchmarks and performance KPIs, including upselling targets. What Youll Bring: Exceptional customer service experience, ideally involving CRM or equivalent systems. Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone. Active listening and problem-solving skills to support customer needs. Motivation to achieve positive results and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
