We are looking for a Store Manager to join the Hoxton team for our Winchester Store. This is a busy and friendly store with lots of regular customers and an amazing existing team. You will lead our fabulous team, foster a positive environment and manage the day to day running of the Store. No two days are the same at Hoxton so problem solving, accountability and challenges will be part of your everyday work.
A bit about you:
* Have a positive attitude with great communication skills

* Proven experience in retail management with a track record of achieving sales goals
* You will enjoy encouraging employees to be their best
* Provide amazing customer service to every customer who walks through the door
* Be driven to learn about our products, the company and turn this knowledge into operational excellence
* Be reliable with the flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends
* Barista trained or Barista experience
* Have knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety in a retail environment
A bit about the role:
* Working alongside the Operations Manager to manage day to day operations
* Creating a positive environment with fabulous customer service
* Scheduling rotas, growing sales and controlling inventory levels, supplies and expenses
* Preparing drinks, sandwiches and selling our freshly made buns and bread
* Coach and encourage your team to meet our standards and perform to the best of their ability
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
* Be accountable for the Health & Safety and Food Safety in the store
* Most importantly you will build morale and team spirit where employees feel respected and valued.

Hoxton Bakehouse is an Artisan bakery making handmade sourdough bread, cookies, cinnamon buns, and Viennoiserie pastries. We bake over 1 million loaves and pastries a year, with a mission to bring better bread to more people. We have an ever growing wholesale business and six retail stores which sell not just our bread and pastries but also our own roasted Seadog coffee.
