You will be able to lead by example and empower staff in their personal and professional development. To be positive and proactive to the changes required for the service demands. If you are flexible, creative, and innovative, this is an opportunity for you to work on projects for effecting positive change within a multi-disciplinary team, external organisations, and the public.
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Interview Date: Thursday 10th October 2024
Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a 5.5% pay award implemented from October 2024. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 2024 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2023-4 pay bandings.
