What You’ll Be Doing
Project Scheduling & Resource Allocation – Create and manage detailed schedules, define project milestones, and ensure resources are used effectively.
Schedule Monitoring & Control – Track project progress, analyse performance data, and identify potential bottlenecks.
Reporting & Communication – Provide clear, insightful reports (Gantt charts, S-curves, histograms) and keep stakeholders informed.
Risk Management – Identify scheduling risks, conduct “what-if” scenario analyses, and propose mitigation strategies.
Process Improvement – Implement best practices, drive continuous improvements, and provide training on planning tools.
Qualifications
✔ Experience: 5+ years in project planning & scheduling within utilities, construction, or infrastructure.
✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in planning software & streetworks legislation, advanced MS Excel, and data analysis tools.
✔ Analytical & Organisational Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
✔ Communication & Collaboration: Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for teams and stakeholders.
✔ Certifications: AACEi PSP (or similar) is a plus!
