EUC TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - 3rd Level Escalation
to £55,000 plus great benefits package
This Global Media giant is seeking an additional EUC team member based in the UK, mostly remote working with occasional monthly visits to the office. The EUC team provides internal support to the business as part of a wider Technology group alongside their external escalation partner. You will be providing 3rd level Technical Support across a range of Microsoft technologies and must have a range of knowledge in the following areas to be considered:
* SCCM/MECM (extremely proficient)
* Powershell (very proficient)
* MDM/MAM (proficient)
* Microsoft Defender (proficient)
* Intune (proficient)
You will be expected to have at least 5-6 years as a Technical Support Engineer within a Microsoft environment including a range of additional experience working with Adobe, Office Apps (M365), Windows Servers (2016/2019) and looking at security vulnerabilities using Defender.
