As Ecommerce Manager, you manage and optimise our Keen Footwear UK and Sherpa Adventure Gear websites, driving online sales, identifying opportunities to drive growth and improving the customer journey. You will work closely with the Senior Ecommerce Manager and Head of Digital to build and lead a growth plan and collaborate with the design and brand teams to ensure a consistent on-brand experience. You will have an eye for creating new features to meet our business needs and ensuring that the look and feel of the website are consistent across the different touch points. As Ecommerce Manager, your expertise will be invaluable; your strong team player skills and passion for digital will help drive our success. Your main responsibilities: Plan and manage website content updates, including homepage, product and category pages, offer pages, blog posts, etc. Work for the merchandising team to monitor stock levels, advise on style buying and give insight on sell-through. Actively merchandise the site, tracking best sellers and slow movers and using GA4 to merchandise the website accordingly. Oversee price changes throughout the year and during peak times. Plan and execute onsite campaigns and promotions to achieve revenue targets, aligning with the wider team. Proactively identify and execute opportunities to drive sales and improve CVR and UX. Weekly and monthly reporting on performances (sales, categories, products) across regions. Brief front-end development changes and visual amends to agency/developers and monitor progress. Brief and actively support email sends through Klaviyo. Ensuring you keep the Senior Ecommerce Manager and Head of Digital up to date. You will be able to demonstrate the following essential skills, qualifications or experience: Experienced in managing Shopify stores and working with development and design agencies (we will be migrating from Magento to Shopify before the end of the year). P roactive and highly organised, with solid time management and planning skills and can take the lead. Excellent time management skills to enable you to meet tight deadlines and coordinate workload under pressure. Meticulous for technical accuracy, with outstanding attention to detail. A natural problem-solver who can demonstrate expertise in finding solutions and understands the processes for building websites. Results driven using data and metrics to inform. Interested in and can demonstrate experience in web layout and design. Experience in utilising analytics and tracking tools, e.g. GA4, HotJar. Proactive and confident in liaising with external partners and other departments to ensure tasks are promptly actioned. An excellent communicator; concise and articulate verbally and written. Confident in report writing. Passionate about customer journeys and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Understanding SEO best practices and being able to action recommendations from the wider team. Be legally entitled to live and work in the UK and attend the site regularly at LE15 6EA. Permanent full-time role: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
