Henry Martin is assisting a leading Tier 1 main contractor in their search for an experienced Document Controller. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong Aconex experience. Responsibilities: Manage, control, and maintain project documentation using Aconex. Ensure all documents are logged, distributed, and stored in accordance with project and company procedures. Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth document flow. Maintain version control and ensure the accuracy of project records. Support teams with document retrieval, reporting, and compliance requirements. Assist in audits and ensure adherence to company document control standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Document Controller working on large-scale projects. Tier 1 experience is desirable. Expertise in using Aconex for document management. Strong understanding of construction processes and project documentation. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
